Launching a new church requires considerable resources. Many have inquired how they can best support, contribute to, or help sovG get started.
These are currently the most helpful ways you could give:
- PRAY... for (1) Pray that our friends, family, neighbors and community will be drawn to God based on how they see Christ at work in our lives (2) Pray that we stay in step with how and where God is leading us, and (3) Pray that our church adds value to the people and community of Peabody and the North Shore!
- SERVE... with us! Let us know that 'you're in' and what talents, gifts, skills, expertise and resources you are willing to make available!
- CONTRIBUTE FINANCIALLY... just once or on a regular basis. Online giving is fast, easy, convenient and safe to do (see the eGive link at the top right on every sovG webpage) or checks can be made out to:
Sovereign Grace Community Church (sovG) 6 Bourbon Street Peabody, MA 01960

We believe the best approach to managing the resources God has put in your hands (time, talents, finances, skills, etc.) is to ask God where you should be using them and then contributing there. If you ask, God will answer. There's no better feeling than knowing you are being faithful with what God has entrusted for you to manage!
Jesus talked more about money and the use of one's resources more than any other subject. Our finances are a reflection of our priorities and our true heart. sovG teaches from the Bible on all subjects, including tithing. sovG's leadership knows we must model first before we teach on a subject, therefore all in leadership at sovG tithes.
We recommend to everyone that attends and/or gives to sovG regularly, that they use eGive. eGive is a simple, fast and free tool to help you stay faithful and consistent in your giving. When you would normally forget or be out of town, your faithfulness can stay right on track through eGive. Simply pick a day (or days) of the month you want your tithe or gift to be deducted from your checking account and eGive makes it happen. You're always free to make changes at any time.
At sovG we teach the Biblical principle that we own nothing, but instead are called to manage or be good stewards of what God has trusted to us. We hope you will find the joy that comes from faithful and generous giving, either with us or at your home church!
